What we do

Here's what we actually do.

Eight services, one team. We work across sectors, from Limassol, for clients worldwide.

SEO Consulting

Own the searches that convert.

Custom Websites

Sites built to convert, not just exist.

Automations

The work nobody should still do by hand.

AI Search: GEO & AEO

Get cited by AI, and be the answer it gives.

Not websites. Operating systems.

AI Visibility Audits

See exactly what ChatGPT knows about you.

Schema & Entity

Machine-readable proof of who you are.

Branding & Design

The identity everything else hangs off.

Roughly half of the content cited by AI engines was published or updated in the last 13 weeks. Amsive, 2026

Two operating models

Built different from typical agencies.

Same market, two completely different operating models. Here is the difference, line by line.

Other agencies

The usual
  • Not this: Guesswork
  • Not this: Vanity metrics
  • Not this: Google-only thinking
  • Not this: Buzzword decks
  • Not this: Slow handoffs
  • Not this: Reports nobody reads
  • Not this: No AI strategy
  • Not this: One-size templates

Axenor

How we work
  • Instead: Audited baselines
  • Instead: Revenue-linked KPIs
  • Instead: Google + AI engines
  • Instead: Plain-English plans
  • Instead: Direct access
  • Instead: Reports you act on
  • Instead: GEO/AEO built in
  • Instead: Systems, not templates

Not a slogan. Of 10 Cyprus corporate-services firms audited in June 2026, 7 had no proper structured data, none had a Wikidata or Wikipedia entity, and none had FAQ markup. That is the gap the right-hand column closes.

Case studies

Featured work.

Case studies publish as clients approve them. The slots below are live and waiting. We do not print a number we cannot show you the dashboard for.

Evidence

The numbers we can prove.

Four measurements that shape who gets cited. Every one is sourced and dated. None of them is dressed up.

  • Cyprus firms audited had no proper structured data

  • Drop in AI Overview citations that also rank top 10

The receipts.

We are not going to write our own reviews. These are the slots, built and waiting. Each one fills with a real name once that client signs it off.

FAQ

The questions we get most.

Ten things people ask before they hire us, answered properly. If yours is not on the list, it is one email away.

01/ 10

What does Axenor actually do?

We make a business findable and credible everywhere people search now: Google, and the AI engines that answer instead of linking. That covers technical SEO, GEO and AEO, schema and entity work, content and authority, and the site itself when the site is what is holding you back.

We are not building websites anymore. We are building operating systems that convert visitors into clients.

02/ 10

Why work with you instead of a bigger agency?

Most agencies stopped at rankings. We work the whole surface: what Google ranks, what ChatGPT and Perplexity cite, and what your site does with the visitor once it has earned one. We are a small senior team in Limassol, so you talk to the people doing the work rather than to an account layer.

We are sector-agnostic by design. The method travels, and we prove it inside your industry rather than asking you to take it on trust.

03/ 10

What is the difference between SEO, GEO and AEO?

SEO is about ranking in a list of links. GEO, generative engine optimisation, is about being cited inside an AI-generated answer in ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews. AEO, answer engine optimisation, is the narrower goal of being the single answer a machine gives when it only gives one.

They overlap, but they are no longer the same job. Ahrefs found the share of AI Overview citations that also ranked in Google's top 10 fell from 76% to 38% in a single year, which means ranking well no longer guarantees you are quoted.

04/ 10

How does pricing work?

Project or retainer, whichever the work calls for. We scope and price after an audit, never before: until we have seen your site, your index and your competitors, any number would be a guess dressed up as a quote.

The audit gives you a written picture of what is wrong and what is worth fixing first, in priority order. It is yours to act on, with us or without us.

05/ 10

What does the process look like?

Four steps, always in this order. We audit what search engines and AI engines currently know about you, prioritise the findings by impact against effort so the cheap wins go first, fix them with your team or ours, then measure against the baseline we took on day one.

Then it repeats, because the engines keep moving and a one-off fix does not hold its ground for long.

  1. Audit
  2. Prioritise
  3. Fix
  4. Measure

06/ 10

How long does this take?

The shape is slow, then steep. Technical fixes and schema tend to register within weeks, while content, authority and the brand mentions AI engines read compound over months.

Freshness keeps it moving: Amsive found that roughly half the content cited by AI engines had been published or updated in the previous 13 weeks. We will describe the likely curve for your situation after the audit, and we will not put a date on a ranking. Nobody honest can.

07/ 10

Who owns the work?

You do, all of it, from day one. Every account, property, file, line of code and piece of content we produce is yours and stays in your name.

We work inside your accounts rather than renting you ours, so if we ever part ways you keep the whole system, with nothing to unpick and nothing to buy back.

08/ 10

What does reporting look like?

A monthly report written to be read, not to look busy. What we did, what moved, what it means, and the next actions in priority order, with AI visibility tracked next to the usual rankings, traffic and conversions.

When a number goes the wrong way it is in the report with the reason, because that is the one you actually need to see.

09/ 10

Do you work outside Cyprus?

Yes. We are based in Limassol and we work with clients worldwide. Search is remote work by nature: audits, implementation and reporting all run over shared documents and calls.

Local visibility still needs local signals, and we handle those for whichever markets you actually sell in, whether that is one city or several countries.

10/ 10

Do you work on existing sites?

Yes, and most of our work is exactly that. We would rather fix what you have than sell you a rebuild you do not need, so if the platform can carry the work, we keep it.

A rebuild only comes up when the current site is structurally blocking growth. If it is, we will show you the evidence before anyone signs anything.

The gap, measured

Your competitors aren't waiting.

The engines are already choosing who to cite, and most sites give them nothing to read. The fix is not another redesign. It is an operating system that machines can parse and buyers can act on.
